- 2 ounces Rich Grain Distilling Co. White Rum
- 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- 10 Mint Leaves
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- Club Soda
Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass with simple syrup and lime juice to release mint oils. Add cubed ice and rum, and top up with white rum. Garnish with a lime wedge and a fresh mint sprig.
